With Chef Adam's 30 years of culinary and hospitality experience, his passion, skill, and love of good food stands out in each meal that comes from Bayou in the Pines. Yes, we're a food truck, but we like to think that we are a kitchen on wheels led by a professionally trained chef! We may be small, we may be mobile, but we're just as serious about our food as any traditional restaurant. We're a founding tenant at Red's Corner food truck park, use a commercial commissary kitchen in Carthage, carry commercial liability insurance, and all of our employees are certified ServSafe® Food Protection Managers. We are also a proud member of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce - the Chamber's first food truck! Because we take our business seriously, nothing makes us happier than receiving compliments and we are proud to share feedback from past customers!
