With Chef Adam's 30+ years of culinary and hospitality experience, his passion, skill, and love of good food stands out in each meal that comes from Bayou in the Pines. Yes, we're a food truck, but we like to think that we are a kitchen on wheels led by a professionally trained chef! We may be small, we may be mobile, but we're just as serious about our food as any traditional restaurant. We're a founding tenant at Red's Corner food truck park, use a commercial commissary kitchen in Carthage, carry commercial liability insurance, and have put our employees through the rigorous ServSafe® Food Protection Manager certification. We are also a proud member of the Moore County Chamber of Commerce - the Chamber's first food truck! Because we take our business seriously, nothing makes us happier than receiving compliments and we are proud to share feedback from past customers!
