Current Specials from the Bayou...

Mardi Gras is March 1 and Bayou in the Pines is bringing Cajun traditions to Moore County!

Chef Adam will be serving up his famous Cajun boils which earn rave reviews from our customers! Choose from either jumbo shrimp or fresh crawfish flown in from Louisiana plus sausage, corn on the cob, and Cajun seasonings.

We're also partnering with our friend, Chef Ivory Whitley of Spoon Lickers, who will be baking homemade King Cakes. The tradition of King Cakes are thought to have originated in New Orleans in the 1800s for Mardi Gras. The delicacy is a cross between a coffee cake and French pastry and includes a tiny plastic baby inside. As the cake is sliced, each person looks to see if their piece contains the baby. If so, that person is named "King" for a day.

EASY PICK-UP IN CARTHAGE Our Mardi Gras specials will be ready for pick up from our commissary kitchen in downtown Carthage on Sunday, February 27th from 4-5 pm. Our kitchen is located at 207 S. McNeil Street, Carthage.

Bayou in the Pines and Spoon Lickers do not operate in a nut-free environment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that our menu items are completely free from nuts, nut derivatives, or other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions.
